Replacement, repair, storm.
Residential roofing, done in the right order. Nothing gets covered up that should have been fixed.
Replacement, down to the deck.
Tear off, fix what the old roof was hiding, dry in, then shingles, course by course.
How a replacement goesRepairs start at the flashing.
Chimneys, valleys, pipe boots. A repair should find the entry point, not paint over the stain.
What we look for
Storm response: the valley gets weather.
Wind and hail do quiet damage first. After a storm passes over your house, have the roof walked before the ceiling tells you.

Ask for a storm checkPitch is the whole job.
- 4/12
The safety line. Above this, the rules call a roof steep and crews tie off.
- 6/12
The common gable. Walkable with care when the deck is clean and dry.
- 9/12
Roof jacks and toe boards. Slower footing, more surface, higher cost.
- 12/12
A 45 degree roof. Staging and harness work, and water leaves it fast.
Steeper costs more because there is more roof over the same house, and every step up it is slower.
How a roof job should go.
- Look
Walk the roof. Measure it, check decking and flashing.
- Quote
A written scope: what comes off, what goes on, what it costs.
- Tear off
Down to the deck. Bad wood gets found now, not later.
- Dry in
Underlayment and drip edge, so the deck does not sit open to weather.
- Shingle
Courses climb from the eave. Flashing, vents, ridge to finish.
- Clean up
Haul-off, then a magnet sweep pulls the nails out of the grass.
